Cecily Russo is a motion designer and short film maker from Providence, Rhode Island working in New England. Her films highlight hand drawn, frame-by-frame animation that prioritizes visual language and organic forms. Cecily is an award-winning artist featured in festivals across the globe such as OffLine Film Festival, CutOut Fest, Cardiff Animation Nights and Goodiebag Animation Festival with an award for Best Experimental Film from Pratt Institute.
